Jasmine - My Sister - Craven

1900 hours :
Pretending to be calm and walking through the entrance of Terminal 1 with my huge luggages.

1905 hours :
Wondering where all my friends were, and if they were really turning up. Still nervous and wondering it was a bad idea to go london.

1925 hours :
Placed all my luggages on the trolley and convinced my nephew, craven, that he can't seat on the trolley, which was true.

1927 hours :
Met up with jasmine and all. I think at that moment my heart was racing as i knew that was the last i would see of them until 9 months later. It was a bitter sweet gathering. And i recall turning around looking at my mum and sister, made it worse. I took a really deep breath. And i told myself " its all good".

1928 hours :
I know its not all good.

1935 hours :
We made our way to the eatery outlet, as my mum and sister and bro-in-law searched for my dad. who came later. Found some empty seats and made our order, i think craven was bugging me for french fries and soft drinks. he tagged along. I wished he knew i was leaving for 9 months, but i too, knew he wouldn't understand, he's only 4. And all he was thinking was fries at that moment.

1945 hours :
My wanton mee came, didnt taste all that good. Teh-ice was good. Munched away and spoke to everyone like every other day. But i was nervous, didn't say it but i was. I think jasmine was too. Craven was still sulking from his unsuccessful attempt to get fries. Dad appeared, i was really happy to see him.

2000 hours :
Ice took out our sentosa lomographic photos, which came out lou-mou-graphic(mother-graphic in cantonese). Which basically means it wasn't as impressive as we expected. They passed me a bedside photo frame with our past photos. Sweet, and made me even more nervous. Oh, and i was wondering if my two luggages will make it through. 46kg.. god bless me.

2005 hours :
Craven got his french fries after my sister went to get it. And our table (me, jayc, jasmine, ice, samihah, cissy) were busy taking photos and i think i was talking non-stop, as usual. But this time, it was to make that moment seem like the usual, so i kept talking.

2030 hours :
I went to check if the lane has opened for my flight to heathrow. We all left, i was freaking nervous.. i think i was regretting it. But then my phone kept ringing and all my other friends/colleagues were either reaching or looking for me. I knew i had to leave.

2045 hours :
I went to check in my luggages, praying that my luggage would make it through. Then, frantically searching for my passport, thankfully cissy, jayc and jasmine helped me to get all the barang barangs out of my bag, found it!

2100 hours :
Checked in successfully, took lotsa photos. Thank god my luggage made it through. Very nervous right now.

2105 hours :
Angie!! Bumped into an ex-school mate which was disturbingly coincidental. Took lots of photos, cam-whoring, they call it. I was still nervous...i think i was weeping within.. i think.

2115hours :
Took lots of photos and talk to my airforce superiors and colleagues, friends from banana republic and secondary school. I was busy, and nervous, happy.. and reluctant to leave. But i was all smiley.

2130 hours :
As i was taking pictures with my banana republic friends, my nephew came along, asking if i wanted to eat some tit-bits he was having, i was so touched. But i said no.

2145hours :
Everyone has arrived. Sweet nothings were said, sacarsms were made. My airforce colleagues left, and bidded farewell. I hated the feeling, i quickly went to my parents and spent the last few minutes with them. As cissy and jayc told me i needed go in soon. I didn't want to, but had to. Jasmine was getting nervous, i was already.

2200 hours :
Made my way to the departure entrance. Jasmine let it out, she weeped and trembled as i did too. And then came my sister's. Everyone just looked on. At this moment, i can't remember where craven was. I was beginning to miss everyone.

2210 hours :
Hugged everyone, real tight one for jasmine and my sister. The two closest girls in my life, then my mum. The love of my life. And my dad, my inspiration. I wanted to let it all out, but ego got the better of me. I'm a man. YES i am.

2215 hours :
Walked through the door, the two police officers were expressionless. I think they thought my friends were too drama. But i love drama.

2216 hours :
Turned around, waved goodbye. Bit my lip and joined samihah who had a special pass to accompany me to the gate.

2220 hours - 1045 hours :
queuing/checking of hand baggage/smiling and pretending to be fine.Bade farewell to samihah, thought about all the good times i had in singapore. Took a deep breathe, boarded the plane. Hoped i'll have a good seat and someone nice beside me throughout the flight.

2300 hours :
Settled down in the plane. Reality sets in, nothing's sad about it. Smses flooded in, really happy with my seat. And the rest was all sleeping/eating/movies. And a nice touch down. Hello london!

He will be my companion for the following 9 months while i'm in london. I paid for him, and he sure cost me alot. I groomed him into what he is today, i showered with him, slept with him, used all i could out of him. Changed with him, surfed the internet, ate, laughed, daydreamed and sometimes, eat with him. He'll never betray me i know, but i will have to leave him in June 08.He's white.. but now he's infested with colours thanks to me. He is 4m by 3m i think and older than me... yup, he's my room..and his name is 5B3. 5th floor/B unit/room 3. And i love him.
